L. Danielle “Danie” Roberts-Dahm, Ph.D. is the Co-Director for Project 10: Transition Education Network, She is also a partner with the Florida Consortium on Inclusive Higher Education, where she provides technical assistance and support to develop and/or expand inclusive postsecondary programs throughout Florida. Danie was formerly the director for STING RAY (Students Transitioning Into the Next Generation, Recognizing Alternatives for Youth), an inclusive postsecondary program housed at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg (USFSP). Through these organizations, Danie and her colleagues collaborate to build capacity of best practice implementation to facilitate a positive secondary transition experience and inclusive college opportunities for students with disabilities across Florida. Her experiences preparing students with diverse abilities to transition from high school to college, career and life ready inspired her to pursue a Ph.D. focused on special education, educational leadership and policy studies.
